Senior Structural Site Engineer – Airports

About the role

The Senior Site Engineer – Structural (Airports) will supervise structural construction activities on airport infrastructure projects, ensuring work aligns with approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise construction of foundations, columns, beams, slabs, retaining walls, and steel structures, verifying compliance with drawings and quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of reinforcement, formwork, concrete works, and structural installations, and oversee material testing and curing processes.
• Coordinate structural works for terminal buildings, control towers, utility buildings, and hangars, collaborating with civil, electrical, and mechanical teams.
• Track daily site progress, prepare reports, identify structural issues, and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to construction safety regulations and environmental standards on site.

Required profile

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 6–10 years of experience in structural construction, preferably on airport or large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete and steel structural systems.
• Proven ability to supervise site activities, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and solve technical problems.
