Senior Store Department Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Store Department Executive to oversee material control and inventory operations within our main storage facility. The role ensures accurate stock records, efficient material flow, and supports production planning.

Key responsibilities

• Control material inflow and outflow, prepare daily shortage reports and verify physical stock against records.
• Issue materials based on departmental requests and maintain detailed issuance records.
• Coordinate inventory movements between production and purchasing departments.
• Arrange and store materials following FIFO principles, maintaining minimum, maximum, and safety stock levels.
• Receive materials, manage consumable store items, and classify fast‑moving, slow‑moving, and unusable items.
• Perform perpetual inventory planning for A, B & C class materials on a daily basis.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports on stock shortages and excesses.
• Conduct monthly physical stock verification and reconcile with system data.
• Develop daily and weekly production plans for in‑house parts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in material control, inventory management and store operations.
• Ability to work independently while following guidance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain materials in good condition.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems for inventory management.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel formulas.
