Senior Steward – Fine Dining Restaurant

About the role

TÓA 66, India’s first vegetarian Thai fine‑dining concept, is seeking a Senior Steward to lead the front‑of‑house service team. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures that every guest enjoys a seamless, high‑quality dining experience in our intimate 26‑seat setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the dining floor during service, coordinating closely with the kitchen to maintain timing and quality.
• Deliver exceptional guest service, handling inquiries, special requests, and any issues promptly.
• Manage and train stewarding staff, ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate service records, table settings, and equipment readiness.
• Monitor and enforce food & beverage service standards throughout the restaurant.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken English with strong communication abilities.
• Proven experience in fine‑dining hospitality, preferably in a supervisory or stewarding role.
• Demonstrated leadership and team‑coordination skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
• Attention to detail, problem‑solving mindset, and knowledge of service standards.
• Hospitality or culinary degree is a plus.
