Senior Specialist – Commercial Strategy, Pricing & Go‑To‑Market

About the role

Mastercard’s Services team is looking for a Senior Specialist to drive commercial strategy for its Operational Intelligence portfolio. The role focuses on pricing, packaging, and go‑to‑market analytics to ensure clear value delivery and consistent commercial execution from the first customer interaction through purchase.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct deep analysis of pricing, packaging, and entry‑point performance to support front‑door commercialization strategy.
• Perform pricing and revenue analytics, including price modeling, comparative analysis, and scenario assessments.
• Analyze deal‑level and portfolio‑level performance, identifying trends in discounting, adoption, and revenue realization.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Finance teams to inform pricing decisions and commercial recommendations.
• Contribute to pricing governance, providing analytical inputs for pricing changes and commercial approvals.
• Support go‑to‑market initiatives with data‑driven insights on customer segments, buying behaviours, and value drivers.
• Translate complex analytical outputs into clear insights for leadership and stakeholders.
• Maintain analytical artifacts such as dashboards, models, and trackers to enable scalable decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial analytics, pricing strategy, or product management within a data‑driven environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret large data sets and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex findings to cross‑functional teams and senior leadership.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Product, Sales, and Finance stakeholders.
