Senior Software Technologist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Software Technologist with strong software development knowledge and advanced C++ programming skills. Experience in product development for medical devices is desirable. The role involves creating software to log and store performance data, usage, and errors to enable continuous monitoring and improve reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver end‑to‑end software for one or more components.
• Coordinate with DevOps for CI/CD changes, improvements, and troubleshooting.
• Integrate third‑party libraries and software components into existing systems ensuring seamless functionality.
• Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and enforce coding standards.
• Analyze and optimize application performance, resolving bottlenecks to meet performance benchmarks.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to define, design, and ship new features.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.
• 8–13 years of experience in software development, design, architecture, testing and quality assurance.
• Strong product development knowledge, preferably in medical devices.
