Senior Site Supervisor

About the role

Morpho Dimensions is seeking a Senior Site Supervisor to lead on‑site activities for high‑performance office projects. The role involves coordinating with designers, contractors and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate on‑site activities to meet project timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with designers, contractors and clients to communicate requirements and updates.
• Inspect and evaluate work progress, identifying issues or deviations from design plans.
• Manage project documentation, including schedules, budgets and material orders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control measures.

Required profile

• Previous experience in interior design or site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and solve problems effectively.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on delivering high‑quality results.
• Exposure to corporate office projects.
