Senior Site Manager (Construction)

About the role

The Senior Site Manager will lead daily construction activities at our Hyderabad site, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with quantity surveyors, engineers and project managers, you will coordinate schedules, supervise staff and contractors, and maintain safety and compliance throughout the build.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and monitor construction work to meet project timelines.
• Supervise on‑site teams, subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring adherence to specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections, enforce safety regulations and quality assurance procedures.
• Collaborate with quantity surveyors and engineers to control costs and support accurate reporting.
• Resolve on‑site issues promptly, manage change orders and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field (significant experience may substitute).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in senior site management or similar leadership roles within construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction standards, safety regulations and quality control practices.
• Proven ability to read and interpret drawings, contracts and technical documents.
• Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making and communication skills.
