Senior Site Engineer – Airside Works

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Site Engineer to lead airside infrastructure works across multiple airport projects in India. The role involves supervising construction of runways, taxiways, aprons and related facilities while ensuring compliance with aviation safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage airside construction activities, including runways, taxiways, aprons, shoulders and drainage.
• Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, technical specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants and airport authorities for site execution.
• Monitor project progress, maintain daily progress reports and support adherence to construction schedules.
• Conduct site inspections, quality control checks and compliance reviews, ensuring adherence to ICAO, DGCA and airside safety regulations.
• Review shop drawings, method statements and material submittals related to airside works.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related discipline.
• 8–12 years of experience in airside works such as runways, taxiways and aprons.
• Strong knowledge of airside construction practices, safety requirements and ICAO/DGCA regulations.
• Experience on greenfield or brownfield airport projects.
• Excellent coordination, site management and problem‑solving abilities.
