Senior SEO / AEO / GEO Executive

About the role

BitWise Branding is seeking a senior Search Engine Optimization Executive to lead its SEO, AEO and GEO initiatives from its Ahmedabad office. This full‑time, on‑site position requires a top‑tier professional who can design and execute strategies that drive measurable organic growth for multiple client accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and optimise comprehensive SEO, AEO and GEO strategies across client portfolios.
• Lead, train and mentor an internal SEO team while managing several projects simultaneously.
• Oversee technical SEO, on‑page and off‑page optimisation, content strategy, keyword research, local SEO, and generative engine optimisation.
• Design and manage Google Ads campaigns, including keyword planning, optimisation and performance monitoring.
• Monitor analytics, report on organic performance, and ensure profitability through efficient resource utilisation and client retention.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate SEO with broader digital marketing efforts.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on expertise in SEO, AEO and GEO with a strong track record across multiple accounts.
• Experience working in a digital marketing agency environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor an SEO team and manage multiple projects.
• Independent ownership mindset with a focus on business profitability and results delivery.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to join immediately.
• Preference for candidates familiar with the North American buyer market.
