About the role
Walmart Cross Border Trade (CBT) India is looking for a Senior Seller Consultant to drive the acquisition, onboarding and growth of Indian sellers on Walmart’s global marketplace. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping sellers launch, scale and accelerate sales across borders.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute a scalable recruitment strategy by analysing competitive landscapes and defining seller portfolios.
- Identify and recruit high‑potential sellers in line with aggressive growth targets.
- Provide consulting support to sellers for launch preparation and sales acceleration.
- Track, analyse and report personal and team KPIs, delivering actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders across Walmart to align short‑term and long‑term business goals.
- Lead programs to improve seller onboarding experience and team effectiveness.
Required profile
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree.
- 2+ years of business development or account management experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
- 1+ year of direct e‑commerce industry experience.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Ability to influence large strategic sellers and work in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
Required skills
- Advanced MS Office proficiency – PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook.
