Senior Scrum Master – Data & Analytics Advisory

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for its Data & Analytics Advisory practice in Bengaluru. You will guide cross‑functional teams, ensure smooth sprint cycles and help clients turn data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies – Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Reviews, Retrospectives and Backlog Refinement.
• Act as a servant leader, coaching teams on Scrum and Agile principles.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, developers and stakeholders to align priorities with business objectives.
• Identify, track and remove impediments that affect team productivity.
• Monitor team performance using Agile metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Support data‑driven projects by ensuring timely delivery of analytics solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in the IT/technology sector.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile frameworks and delivery pipelines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to mentor and develop high‑performing teams.
