Senior SAP FI/CO Associate – Advisory (Kolkata)

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Advisory team in Kolkata, focusing on SAP Record-to-Report (RTR) and finance modules. You will help clients align their financial processes with SAP solutions, ensuring regulatory compliance and robust internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Configure SAP FI modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets and Bank Accounting.
• Gather business requirements, map processes to SAP functionality and perform gap analysis.
• Produce Functional Design Documents, Technical Specifications and User Manuals.
• Conduct unit, integration and User Acceptance testing and provide post‑implementation support.
• Integrate SAP FI with MM, SD and CO modules to ensure seamless data flow.

Required profile

• Full‑cycle SAP FI implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting standards and business processes.
• Analytical, communication and project management capabilities.
• Experience with internal audit, internal controls review and SOX/IFC controls.

Required skills

• SAP S/4HANA (preferred) or SAP ECC.
• SAP FI module expertise.
• Understanding of SAP MM, SD and CO integration points.
