About the role
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce SQA Engineer with over 5 years of software testing experience to ensure high‑quality releases of Salesforce applications and integrations.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute functional, integration, regression, smoke, sanity, and end‑to‑end test cases for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Experience and custom objects.
- Validate APIs, data migrations, database integrity and Salesforce security configurations such as roles, profiles, permission sets and sharing rules.
- Log and track defects using Jira, Azure DevOps or similar tools, and support Agile ceremonies, UAT and production validation.
Required profile
- 5+ years of software QA experience with strong hands‑on Salesforce testing.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with CI/CD practices.
Required skills
- Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning, workflows, flows, validation rules, approval processes).
- API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI.
- SQL, SOQL and data validation.
- Test management and defect tracking tools (Jira, Azure DevOps).
- Agile methodology and CI/CD concepts.
