Senior Salesforce CPQ Developer

About the role

Riveron is seeking a Senior Associate to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and Subscription Management solutions. The role focuses on delivering accurate quoting, streamlined billing, and compliance with revenue recognition standards for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Configure complex product bundles, pricing rules, quote templates, approvals, and discount structures in Salesforce CPQ.
• Build advanced logic such as product rules, price rules, automation flows, and guided‑selling experiences.
• Optimize the quote‑to‑order process to improve accuracy and reduce cycle times.
• Design and implement subscription and recurring‑revenue models, including usage‑based billing, amendments, and renewals.
• Integrate Salesforce CPQ with NetSuite, ERP systems, payment gateways, tax engines, and other billing platforms using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi).
• Create documentation, runbooks, and user training materials; support deployment and post‑implementation enhancements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce, strong expertise in CPQ and Billing.
• Hands‑on experience with subscription management, revenue recognition, and quote‑to‑cash processes.
• Proven ability to design integrations with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and middleware tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
