Senior Sales Executive – Printing & Packaging

About the role

Avery Dennison is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to lead the sheet business for its printing and packaging solutions in the MP, Chhattisgarh and Gujarat territories. The role focuses on building relationships with printers, retailers and channel partners to drive revenue and expand market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Provide product recommendations, samples, technical support, pricing and service information on demand.
• Prepare and deliver product quotes using value‑selling tools.
• Identify and appoint new channel partners and retailers.
• Map the territory, engage end‑users and printers, and generate new business opportunities.
• Maximize secondary sales by visiting digital and offset printers.
• Conduct promotional activities and achieve sales targets while ensuring timely payment collection.
• Participate in new product development and trials with the NPD team.
• Resolve customer complaints in collaboration with the technical team and uphold quality standards.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.

Required profile

• Graduation required; MBA preferred.
• 5–7 years of sales experience in printing, packaging, inks, paper or printing‑machine sectors.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing channel partners.
• Based in Indore and willing to travel across the assigned territories.
