Senior Sales Executive

About the role

Avery Dennison is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to lead the sheet business across Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and Gujarat. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, building channel partnerships, and supporting customers with product expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Provide product recommendations, samples, technical support, pricing, and service information on demand.
• Prepare quotes and apply value‑selling tools to close deals.
• Identify and appoint new channel partners and retailers.
• Map the territory, engage end‑users and printers, and generate new business.
• Maximize secondary sales by visiting digital and offset printers.
• Conduct promotional activities and achieve sales targets.
• Arrange payments and ensure timely collection.
• Participate in new product development and trials.
• Resolve customer complaints with the technical team and uphold quality standards.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Required profile

• Graduation required; MBA preferred.
• 5‑7 years of sales experience in printing, packaging, inks, paper, or printing‑machine industries.
• Proven expertise in account strategy, value selling, and commercial negotiations.
• Strong financial acumen for forecasting, margin analysis, and market data interpretation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to navigate complex client challenges and deliver cross‑functional solutions.
• High agility, adaptability, and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and ERP systems.
