Senior Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Senior Sales Executive to boost room and service revenue for our mid‑range hotels in Guwahati. You will identify new business opportunities, manage key corporate and travel‑trade accounts, and build lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, visit, and present to potential corporate and travel‑trade clients.
• Prepare proposals, contracts and negotiate rates and packages within company guidelines.
• Coordinate with operations and front‑office teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Track sales performance, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and produce regular sales reports and forecasts.
• Represent the hotels at local events, trade shows and networking opportunities to increase brand awareness.

Required profile

• Proven sales, business development and account‑management experience with a record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience in hospitality or travel‑industry sales, client servicing and negotiation.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to analyse market trends, identify new segments and support sales strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management or equivalent.
• Deep knowledge of the Guwahati market and willingness to travel locally.
• Self‑motivated, able to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across functions.
