Senior Sales Executive – 3D Jewelry Technology

About the role

TradesApp is seeking a results‑driven Senior Sales Executive to lead the expansion of its 3D technology solutions for jewellery manufacturing in Mumbai. You will combine technical knowledge with consultative selling to help manufacturers adopt advanced 3D printing and CAD/CAM tools.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets and grow the customer base.
• Identify, prospect and nurture new business opportunities within the jewellery manufacturing sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, dealers, distributors and key industry stakeholders.
• Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate 3D printing and CAD/CAM solutions.
• Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations and solution walkthroughs.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, commercial offers and contracts.
• Lead negotiations and manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
• Collaborate with technical and marketing teams for effective product positioning.
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings and emerging technologies.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular pipeline updates.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through after‑sales support and relationship management.
• Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade shows and customer meetings.

Required profile

• Proven senior sales or business development experience, preferably in jewellery technology, 3D printing, CAD/CAM, machinery or capital equipment.
• Strong understanding of the jewellery manufacturing process.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
• Excellent consultative selling, negotiation and communication abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and capable of working independently.
