Senior Retail Sales Associate – Decor & Homeware

About the role

Modern Quests is seeking a Senior Retail Sales Associate to join its flagship store in Gurgaon. You will represent a premium portfolio of contemporary decor, homeware and lifestyle accessories, delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Greet walk‑in customers and explain product features, usage and specifications.
• Provide detailed information on sizes, design options and collections.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards across all categories and assortments.
• Process sales transactions efficiently using POS software and card machines.
• Conduct routine inventory checks and reconcile stock with the inventory management system.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury or premium retail.
• Prior experience in home décor or luxury homeware is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma is an advantage.
• Excellent spoken and written English with strong communication skills.
• Professional attitude for handling customer queries.
• Ability to commute regularly to DLF Summit Plaza, Sector 54, Gurgaon.
