About the role

Withum is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join its HR team in Bangalore. The role involves full‑cycle recruitment to attract and hire top talent across the firm, supporting Withum’s growth and client‑service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from sourcing to selection, for a variety of positions.
• Utilize job boards, social media, networking events and employee referrals to build talent pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers and department heads to define staffing needs and recruitment strategies.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback.
• Promote Withum’s employer brand by showcasing culture, values and career opportunities.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and decision‑making.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.
• Support onboarding activities in collaboration with the HR team.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in professional services or advisory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
• Strong sourcing and networking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
