Senior Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to lead full‑cycle talent acquisition for our India offices, supporting accounting, tax, consulting and business advisory teams. You will partner with hiring managers to design sourcing strategies, conduct interviews and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple service lines across India.
• Collaborate with hiring partners to understand hiring needs and create comprehensive sourcing plans.
• Conduct behavioral and technical interviews, coordinate assessment panels and present offers.
• Ensure a positive onboarding experience for new hires.
• Research recruiting trends and adjust sourcing processes as needed.
• Utilize the applicant tracking system to its fullest extent.
• Formulate compensation offers in partnership with HR and negotiate with candidates.
• Leverage data to drive recruitment strategies and improve outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of corporate recruiting experience.
• Proven ability to build talent pipelines using LinkedIn, Naukri and similar platforms.
• Experience working with regional or global stakeholder teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; fluent in written and spoken English.
• Flexibility to adapt work hours as required.
• Experience using data to inform recruitment decisions.
