Senior Quality Engineer – Electro-Mechanical & Digitalization

About the role

Bosch Chassis Systems India Ltd is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to lead quality initiatives for hydraulic brake system components. The role combines electro‑mechanical expertise with digitalisation to improve processes, ensure compliance, and support future driver‑assistance technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct problem‑solving analysis and root‑cause investigations.
• Validate processes and perform internal audits.
• Maintain and update quality documentation in line with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.
• Develop and deploy Industry 4.0 digital tools to enhance quality and system performance.
• Support risk‑based thinking and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical & Telecommunication Engineering (B.E. or B.Tech).
• Proven experience in automotive part quality, preferably with brake systems.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with quality tools.
