Senior Quality Auditing Analyst – Internal Audit

About the role

The Senior Quality Auditing Analyst will join Accenture’s global internal audit team, reporting to the Internal Audit Associate Manager. This role focuses on delivering high‑quality audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving continuous improvement across the audit process.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor internal audits in line with global audit schedules.
• Meet audit metrics and address any issues promptly to maintain audit efficiency.
• Analyze audit data, identify trends, and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with peers, clients, and Accenture management on audit findings.
• Generate process‑improvement ideas and support implementation of corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting; CA/CPA or comparable certification preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in audit functions (External Audit, Internal Audit, SOX, or equivalent corporate roles).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to handle confidential information.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills (French, Spanish, Portuguese) are a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure, build client relationships, and thrive in a multicultural environment.

Required skills

• CA/CPA certification or equivalent.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Experience with Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks.
• Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or JDE ERP systems.
• Familiarity with audit management tools such as Workiva and Aris.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis.
