Senior Public Relations Manager

About the role

Kinnect is looking for a Senior Public Relations Manager to lead the brand, PR, thought‑leadership and social presence of the agency. The role will shape how Kinnect’s work, people, culture and capabilities are represented to clients, talent, media and industry partners.

Key responsibilities

• Champion and amplify the Kinnect story across media, industry conversations and professional communities.
• Strengthen Kinnect’s visibility on digital, social and marketing forums, ensuring relevance and influence.
• Partner with senior leaders to build authentic thought‑leadership platforms that showcase expertise.
• Drive awards, speaking opportunities, industry participation and other forms of recognition for Kinnect’s work and people.
• Design and maintain a content ecosystem that reflects Kinnect’s culture, thinking and impact.
• Create and manage events, partnerships, roundtables and strategic initiatives that position Kinnect as a conversation leader.

Required profile

• 9‑10 years of experience in agency marketing, brand marketing, PR, communications or corporate reputation.
• Preferred background in consumer‑tech PR and communication.
• Strong understanding of the advertising, creative, digital, influencer, media and communications ecosystem.
• Proven track record of building agency or brand visibility through integrated marketing and communication programmes.
• Experience leading marketing or communications initiatives and collaborating with senior business, creative and leadership teams.
• Exceptional storytelling, content and communication abilities.
• Established media, industry and ecosystem relationships.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution and to spot stories and trends early.
