Senior Project Manager (US Shift)

About the role

As a Senior Project Manager you will lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex data and analytics implementation projects for leading retailers. You will own the project plan, drive alignment across teams, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure customers feel confident and supported throughout the engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of software and data implementation projects from kickoff through go‑live and stabilization.
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules, milestones, resource allocations and dependency maps.
• Provide executive‑level status updates, present risks and recommendations, and act as the primary customer contact.
• Identify and mitigate risks early, define escalation paths and guide the team toward solutions.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including solution architects, implementation consultants, business analysts, data engineers and third‑party vendors—to ensure clear roles and accountability.
• Maintain clear, accurate documentation and communicate decisions, scope changes and project impacts to all stakeholders.
• Capture lessons learned, champion best practices in project governance and identify opportunities for additional value‑added work.

Required profile

• 16+ years of project management experience in software implementation, data analytics or SaaS environments.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects on time, within budget and to high quality standards.
