Senior Project Manager – Renewable Energy

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of wind and solar renewable energy projects across multiple sites in India. The role combines strategic oversight, operational support, and team leadership to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee construction and implementation of wind and solar projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Provide comprehensive operational support aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
• Monitor project progress closely and coordinate with corporate teams for seamless communication.
• Report directly to senior management with insights on status, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
• Assist in strategic and tactical matters related to project development and implementation.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect project timelines and deliverables.
• Lead, mentor, and foster a collaborative culture within project teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience overseeing construction and implementation of wind and solar renewable energy projects.
• Demonstrated ability to ensure compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Strong operational support experience aligned with strategic objectives.
• Experience monitoring progress and coordinating across corporate functions.
• Track record of reporting to senior management and influencing decision‑making.
• Capability to identify risks and implement effective mitigation plans.
