Senior Project Manager – R&D & WPF Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead complex research and development initiatives in a hybrid work environment. The role focuses on delivering advanced data‑driven solutions and modern desktop applications built with Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Define scope, schedules, and budgets for large R&D projects and ensure alignment with client and organisational objectives.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to design, develop, and deploy WPF‑based applications that meet usability, performance, and reliability standards.
• Oversee the creation and refinement of data models that support analytics, reporting, and intelligent decision‑making across multiple business domains.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk registers, and status reports to provide day‑to‑day transparency for stakeholders.
• Manage proposal development, lead‑generation campaigns, and pipeline contribution for strategic accounts.
• Monitor project financials, track effort and costs, and ensure initiatives stay within approved budgets.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to integrate WPF solutions securely and efficiently.
• Engage regularly with clients to gather feedback, clarify requirements, and adjust delivery priorities.
• Implement standardized governance practices, including change management, issue resolution, and periodic reviews.
• Mentor team members on project management discipline and stakeholder engagement.

• Extensive experience managing large‑scale research and development programmes with measurable innovation outcomes.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams in a hybrid environment.
• Strong background in proposal development, lead generation, and pipeline management.
