Senior Project Manager

About the role

Microsoft Industry Solutions Delivery (ISD) is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex technology engagements for strategic customers worldwide. You will orchestrate multidisciplinary delivery teams, ensure project health, and act as a trusted advisor to drive successful outcomes across Microsoft Cloud and AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage one or more technology projects end‑to‑end, overseeing scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including data scientists, engineers, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Maintain project financials, forecasting, and commercial governance.
• Identify, mitigate, and resolve risks, issues, and change requests, including data readiness and model governance concerns.
• Communicate status, risks, and decisions to executive stakeholders and customers.
• Mentor and coach delivery professionals to ensure high‑quality, customer‑focused delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex technology projects or programs.
• Strong background in consulting engagements and executive stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated ability to drive financial governance, forecasting, and commercial management.
• Experience with AI, data readiness, model governance, and ethical AI considerations.
• Excellent risk, issue, and change management capabilities.
