Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a portfolio of diverse construction projects for Kool Home Builders Pvt in Cochin, Kerala. Reporting to the Assistant Vice President – Projects, you will oversee the execution of high‑rise buildings, government institutions and infrastructure initiatives such as KMRL.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple, multi‑disciplinary construction projects from inception to completion.
• Review project proposals to define timelines, budgets, staffing needs and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop work plans, assign duties and establish authority levels.
• Direct and coordinate project personnel to ensure progress aligns with schedule and budget.
• Monitor and control project costs to achieve timely delivery.
• Analyse status reports, adjust schedules and plans as required.

Required profile

• B.Tech degree.
• Approximately 20 years of overall professional experience.
• At least 8 years of experience in a Project Manager role within the construction sector.
• Proven ability to manage large‑scale, multi‑disciplinary projects.
• Strong analytical and decision‑making skills.
