Senior Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead planning, execution and monitoring of large-scale commercial and residential developments in Mumbai. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget and in full compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and control multi-million-rupee office, retail, high-rise apartment and township projects.
• Coordinate regional cluster operations with site teams, contractors, architects and vendors to achieve milestones.
• Mitigate risks such as monsoon-related delays, labour shortages and supply-chain disruptions.
• Ensure 100 % compliance with Mumbai-specific regulations (RERA, MOFA, BMC, MMRDA) and quality certifications (IGBC, GRIHA).
• Liaise with government bodies, landowners, JV partners and buyers to resolve escalations and secure approvals.
• Implement and maintain digital tools (BIM, ERP systems such as Primavera or MS Project) for real-time tracking and predictive analytics.
• Conduct post-project audits, lessons-learned sessions and contribute to strategic pipeline planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large-scale commercial and residential construction projects in Mumbai.
• Strong knowledge of local real-estate regulations and certification standards.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and manage project risks.
• Experience using BIM and ERP/project-management software for monitoring and reporting.
