Senior Project Manager – Industry Solutions

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end delivery of industry‑specific solutions for Microsoft’s strategic customers. Working within the Industry Solutions Delivery (ISD) team, you will bridge pre‑sales and technical delivery, ensuring that customer requirements are translated into successful Microsoft Cloud and AI implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with solution architects, pursuit leads and account executives during pre‑sale to shape proposals, statements of work and staffing plans.
• Lead customer and partner meetings to capture business needs and map them to Microsoft technology solutions.
• Develop project plans, risk registers, work breakdown structures and steering‑committee artifacts.
• Manage delivery schedules, coordinate resources, and oversee workstreams across multiple domains while adhering to ISD processes.
• Identify technical and business risks, propose mitigations and handle escalations with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain up‑to‑date skill and capacity data in the RICC system and support resource deployment.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex, multi‑disciplinary technology projects for enterprise customers.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including executive‑level communication.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and articulate business value.
• Experience working in a pre‑sales or solution‑selling environment is preferred.
