Senior Project Manager – High‑rise Projects

About the role

As a Senior Project Manager at Godrej Properties, you will lead high‑rise development projects from budgeting through execution, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and effective collaboration with cross‑functional teams and external contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Track project spend against allocated budgets, certify consultant and contractor bills, and ensure timely payments.
• Identify and evaluate suitable contractors, consultants, and vendors; conduct comparative analyses and provide recommendations.
• Prepare detailed project plans, work schedules, and risk‑mitigation plans in coordination with project management consultants.
• Monitor and execute projects from design stage to final handover, ensuring adherence to quality standards and compliance.
• Coordinate material procurement, follow up on material schedules, and collaborate with contracts and design teams.
• Conduct weekly review meetings with contractors and consultants to discuss progress, schedule, design, and quality issues.
• Identify and resolve issues or bottlenecks that impede project progress.
• Track construction activities against final drawings, design, schedule, and budget, and report progress to senior management.
