Senior Project Manager – Construction (US Projects)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead administrative, technical, and engineering activities for large‑scale construction projects serving US clients. This high‑ownership position involves coordinating project teams, managing client communications, and ensuring quality delivery across all phases.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee submittals, RFIs, change orders, and overall project coordination.
• Lead, train, and develop project engineering teams.
• Facilitate project meetings and maintain clear communication among internal and external stakeholders.
• Track project priorities, timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, and correspondence.
• Support estimating and resource planning for upcoming projects.
• Coordinate daily with US‑based teams and ensure adherence to project standards.
• Drive continuous improvement of project processes and solutions.

Required profile

• 8–14 years total experience with at least 5 years in construction project management.
• 2–3+ years of BIM & Revit experience, including construction documentation.
• Engineering graduate, B.Arch, or MS in Construction Management.
• 4–5+ years of supervisory experience managing project teams.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with US stakeholders.
