Senior Product Manager, PI System

About the role

AVEVA is seeking a Senior Product Manager for its PI System portfolio. You will own the definition and delivery of customer‑facing capabilities, translating strategy into detailed product requirements and ensuring measurable value for industrial customers.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage Opportunity Canvases, defining objectives, value propositions and success measures.
• Own the product backlog: intake, triage, refinement, prioritisation and readiness for development.
• Translate user needs and cross‑product scenarios into clear user stories, functional and non‑functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with R&D to define milestones, sequencing and release plans, managing risks and dependencies.
• Participate in technical and development reviews, providing product input on usability, supportability, security and scalability.
• Drive product release strategy and readiness across engineering, documentation, support and services.

Required profile

• Senior individual contributor with strong product‑management craft.
• Ability to influence without authority and operate in an agile delivery environment.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable navigating ambiguity and aligning cross‑functional teams.
• Technical fluency and a customer‑centric mindset throughout the product lifecycle.
