Senior Product Manager – Diagnostic X‑Ray Solutions

About the role

The Senior Product Manager will lead the creation and launch of integrated Diagnostic X‑Ray solutions, driving product strategy from concept through end‑of‑life. Reporting to the Head of Product Management, you will work within Philips Healthcare’s global marketing network to deliver profitable, market‑leading products.

Key responsibilities

• Join corporate core teams to plan, execute, track and communicate strategic marketing initiatives for Diagnostic X‑Ray.
• Own product performance across the full lifecycle, from concept through development, launch and end‑of‑life.
• Support upstream marketing activities, defining strategy, enablers and alignment with key global markets.
• Translate customer and market insights into winning concepts, value propositions and clear product specifications.
• Develop business cases to prioritize investments and guide product decisions.
• Collaborate with R&D, design agencies, suppliers, industrialization, marketing and sales teams.
• Drive market readiness by delivering feature descriptions, value propositions, costing and pricing materials.
• Apply lean working methods and continuous improvement within the product management team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business administration, medical engineering or a related field.
• 5–10 years of product management and marketing experience in the medical device industry.
• Strong ability to communicate across all organizational levels and drive development of market‑leading solutions.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on cost, quality and schedule targets.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with analytical and hands‑on approach to business growth.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
