Senior Process Manager

About the role

Ensono is seeking a Senior Business Process Manager to join its Continual Improvement team. The role focuses on driving organizational change, enhancing efficiency, and optimizing business processes through re‑engineering, digital automation, and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead process mapping workshops, identify improvement opportunities, and document as‑is flows.
• Analyze current workflows, conduct data analysis, and raise problem tickets to address recurring issues.
• Design and implement optimized “to‑be” processes, leveraging Six Sigma, LEAN, and automation solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and executives to align process changes with business objectives.
• Lead change management activities, deliver training, and monitor adoption of new processes.
• Measure KPIs, benchmark results, and report savings and impact to leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or engineering.
• 8+ years of experience, including 4+ years in business process analysis and project management.
• Certifications: LEAN, Six Sigma (mandatory); PMP (highly preferred).
• Experience in application/production support environments and familiarity with ITIL, TQM, or ISO 9000 frameworks.

Required skills
