Senior Process Executive – Finance Freshers Walk‑In (Bangalore)

About the role

Infosys BPM Ltd. is seeking fresh MBA or MCom graduates with a finance background to join as Senior Process Executives in Bangalore. The role focuses on capital market operations, including securities, wealth and asset management, and exposure to financial instruments.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer requests while meeting SLA targets for turnaround time, productivity and quality.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative research and root‑cause analysis to drive process improvements.
• Interpret financial statements and apply finance and accounting principles to support client queries.
• Collaborate with team members to propose and implement enhancements.
• Participate in team‑building activities and adapt to new technologies and business needs.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate (0‑1 year experience) with MBA/MCom (Finance) or BCom/BBA (Finance) completed in 2022‑2025.
• Immediate joiner with original UG and PG marksheets.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
