Senior Process Executive – Clinical Specialist

About the role

Enovis is looking for a Senior Process Executive – Clinical Specialist to serve as the critical link between clinical documentation and revenue‑cycle operations. The role ensures accurate medical record review, supports coding activities, validates charge capture, and helps prevent denials, thereby optimizing reimbursement and maintaining compliance with U.S. payer regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Review medical records for completeness, accuracy, and payer compliance.
• Identify documentation gaps that could affect coding accuracy and reimbursement.
• Support Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) initiatives and educate providers on best practices.
• Analyze claims for documentation‑related denials and underpayments.
• Assist in resolving clinical, medical‑necessity, and authorization denials.
• Prepare supporting clinical documentation for appeals.
• Collaborate with coders and billing teams to ensure accurate charge capture.
• Mentor junior associates and contribute to process‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• Strong communication and analytical abilities.
• Solid understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and U.S. healthcare regulations.
• Experience reviewing clinical documentation and supporting coding functions.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with providers, coders, billing teams, and payers.
• Proven capability to mentor team members and drive continuous improvement.
