Senior Presentation Designer

About the role

WhiteCrow Research is seeking a Senior Presentation Designer to become a strategic visual partner for its global teams. Working in a hybrid environment in Mumbai, you will shape how the company communicates with clients, leadership, and the market, leveraging AI tools as a core part of your workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑impact presentations using PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides, Gamma, Beautiful.ai and other tools, selecting the best platform for each brief.
• Transform complex data and research into clear visual stories that resonate with diverse audiences.
• Produce multiple creative directions per brief and build a modular, on‑brand slide library for cross‑market use.
• Integrate AI tools such as Canva AI, Gamma, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly and Microsoft Copilot into daily production, creating prompt libraries and workflow templates.
• Lead design briefing sessions with senior leadership, own end‑to‑end delivery of investor decks, client pitches and talent insight reports.
• Develop and execute content strategy for WhiteCrow’s social presence, designing LinkedIn carousels, insight tiles and thought‑leadership graphics.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in presentation design or visual communication.
• Strong portfolio of original design work, not just template customization.
