Senior Physics Subject Matter Expert (JEE)

About the role

UniAthena is building a self‑paced learning platform for JEE aspirants. We are looking for a Senior Physics Subject Matter Expert to create high‑quality physics content, assessments, and adaptive learning pathways that help students close knowledge gaps.

Key responsibilities

• Map JEE Physics concepts into a hierarchical knowledge graph based on prerequisite relationships.
• Develop adaptive learning pathways that adjust dynamically to student proficiency.
• Produce lesson content, video scripts, and progressive assessment question banks with detailed solutions for asynchronous delivery.
• Design multi‑dimensional assessments evaluating conceptual depth, procedural accuracy, and strategic problem‑solving.
• Engineer exam‑conditioned learning modules that simulate real JEE time constraints.
• Establish a rigorous content framework ensuring consistency in pedagogy and problem structuring.
• Collaborate with Data Science, product, and other subject‑matter experts to support platform development.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years experience teaching JEE Physics or creating JEE preparation content.
• Proven track record of student success in JEE examinations.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities with multiple approaches to physics problems.
• Working knowledge of instructional design tools and content management systems.
• Analytical aptitude and interest in innovative learning delivery methods.
