Senior Performance Marketing Specialist – Fashion D2C

About the role

HAY! is seeking a senior performance marketing specialist to own, optimise and scale paid acquisition for its fast‑growing women’s fashion D2C business. You will work closely with the founder, creative team and e‑commerce function to drive profitable topline growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead paid media strategy on Meta (Instagram & Facebook) – design full‑funnel campaigns, test reels, UGC, static and carousel creatives, manage budgets, audiences, placements and bids.
• Own Google ecosystem (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube) – build high‑intent keyword sets, scale shopping ads, run upper‑funnel video/display campaigns and implement GA4‑based retargeting.
• Track core performance metrics (ROAS, MER, CAC, CPC, CTR, CVR, AOV) and produce daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards in Excel/Google Sheets, analyse spend, profitability and creative effectiveness.
• Collaborate with GA4, Shopify and attribution tools to identify scale opportunities, fatigue signals and drop‑wise trends.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on performance marketing experience in fashion/apparel D2C.
• Proven ability to scale paid media budgets profitably while maintaining healthy ROAS and MER.
• Strong understanding of fashion creatives, campaign fatigue and product drop dynamics.
• Comfortable taking full ownership of outcomes in a fast‑moving environment.
