Senior Operations Executive – Courier & Cargo

About the role
The Senior Operations Executive will lead and coordinate daily activities within the courier and cargo division. The role requires strong command of English and the ability to manage delivery, pickup, and tally processes while working flexible shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee end‑to‑end delivery operations, ensuring timely and accurate shipments.
- Manage pickup schedules and verify cargo handling procedures.
- Maintain accurate tally records for all inbound and outbound shipments.
- Coordinate with field teams to resolve operational issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Required profile
- Fluent in reading and speaking English.
- Graduation degree mandatory; proof of marks sheet required.
- Possession of valid Aadhaar and PAN cards.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts.
Required skills
- Knowledge of courier and cargo operations.
- Understanding of delivery, pickup, and tally processes.
