Senior Officer / Assistant Manager – Procurement Planning

About the role

Bosch’s Bidadi plant is looking for a Senior Officer / Assistant Manager to lead procurement planning activities. You will ensure the timely availability of materials, support production schedules, and contribute to the plant’s supply‑chain excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed procurement plans and schedules.
• Analyze inventory levels, forecasts and production schedules to determine material needs.
• Track the end‑to‑end procurement process from order placement to delivery.
• Prepare and present procurement performance reports to management.
• Ensure on‑time delivery of child parts, execute capacity planning and forecasting.
• Manage bottlenecks and supply‑chain crises, coordinating closely with Production Planning & Control (PPC).
• Control inventory coverage, ageing and blocked stock while reducing freight and logistics costs.
• Adapt to governance requirements and support continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement planning, supply‑chain or logistics within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret inventory data and forecast material requirements.
• Ability to work collaboratively with production, logistics and management teams.
