Senior Network Security Analyst – Palo Alto Firewalls (Disability Friendly)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Senior Network Security Analyst to manage and secure our network perimeter in Bengaluru. The role focuses on configuring, monitoring and optimizing Palo Alto Networks firewalls and related security technologies, while supporting a 24×7 rotational shift model.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, manage and troubleshoot enterprise firewalls such as Palo Alto Networks and Cisco ASA/Firepower.
• Create, maintain and audit firewall policies based on business and security requirements.
• Implement and tune Akamai Kona Site Defender and Bot Manager WAF policies, including rate‑limiting, geo‑blocking and IP reputation settings.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, network engineers and SOC teams to review change requests and ensure secure connectivity.
• Support incident response, forensic investigations and documentation of all firewall changes and exceptions.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience with enterprise firewalls and network security.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security or a related field (15 years full‑time education).
• Willingness to work in a 24×7 rotational shift schedule.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work in a diversified, virtual environment.
