Senior .NET Developer / Architect – WPF Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled .NET Developer / Architect with deep expertise in Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) to design and build rich desktop applications for Bosch’s global software portfolio. The role will focus on delivering scalable, high‑performance solutions while driving architectural decisions and mentoring junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain desktop applications using WPF and the latest .NET technologies.
• Architect scalable solutions employing modern design patterns such as MVVM and Flux/Redux‑style state management.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and QA to ensure seamless integration and high quality.
• Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and memory usage.
• Define coding standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
• Integrate APIs, third‑party components, and backend services built on ASP.NET Core.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide robust solutions.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of professional experience in C# and .NET development.
• Strong background in WPF, MVVM, XAML, and custom control development.
• Hands‑on experience with Flux or Redux‑style state management in desktop applications.
• Solid understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
• Experience with Reactive Extensions (Rx.NET) and asynchronous programming.
