Senior Mobile Engineer (Flutter)

About the role

Allica Bank is seeking a Senior Mobile Engineer with deep Flutter expertise to enhance its mobile banking applications. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality, scalable features for iOS and Android platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Flutter applications for Allica’s mobile products.
• Collaborate with designers, product owners, and backend engineers to define requirements and deliver features.
• Write clean, testable, and efficient code following architectural best practices.
• Mentor junior developers through pair‑programming and code reviews.
• Contribute to the mobile community of practice and promote best‑in‑class development standards.

Required profile

• Strong commercial experience building production‑grade apps with Flutter and Dart.
• Solid understanding of native iOS/Android development (Swift, Objective‑C, Java, Kotlin) and modern architecture patterns (MVVM, MVP, VIP).
• Experience working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and guide less‑experienced teammates.
