Senior Mobile Developer – React Native

About the role

Nextiva is looking for a Senior Mobile Developer with deep expertise in React Native to help shape the future of customer‑experience platforms. You will work onsite in Bengaluru, collaborating closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver high‑quality, AI‑enhanced mobile applications for iOS and Android.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable mobile architecture and reusable component libraries.
• Lead end‑to‑end feature development from technical design through production release.
• Build, release, and maintain native iOS and Android applications.
• Conduct code reviews, define engineering standards, and mentor junior engineers.
• Optimize performance, security, and offline support; troubleshoot production issues.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of software development experience.
• At least 3 years of hands‑on React Native development.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
• Proven experience with REST/GraphQL APIs, authentication, state management, push notifications, and third‑party integrations.
• Ability to work onsite four days a week and collaborate effectively across functions.
