Senior Medical Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Medical Officer to lead clinical care at Navjivan Nature Cure Centre, a residential wellness facility in the countryside of Kutch, Gujarat. The role blends conventional medical expertise with a passion for naturopathy, lifestyle medicine, and compassionate patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily medical operations and ensure high‑quality patient care.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate the clinical team.
• Integrate naturopathic and holistic approaches into treatment plans.
• Maintain clinical standards, documentation, and compliance.
• Participate in community health activities and wellness programs.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of clinical experience as a qualified medical doctor.
• Strong commitment to naturopathy and holistic healing.
• Demonstrated leadership and decision‑making abilities.
• Willingness to reside on‑site and become part of the centre’s community.
• Fluency in English; Hindi and Gujarati are preferred.
