Senior Marketing Manager – Organic Growth

About the role

Jar is seeking a self‑directed Senior Marketing Manager to own and expand our organic presence across search engines, app stores, and AI answer platforms. Reporting directly to leadership, you will identify growth opportunities, design strategies, and execute plans without waiting for direction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own end‑to‑end SEO strategy, including content architecture, on‑page optimisation, and technical health.
• Monitor Core Web Vitals and collaborate with engineering to improve site performance.
• Produce, brief, and quality‑review SEO content with writers and designers.
• Track rankings, organic traffic, and engagement metrics; run experiments and iterate.
• Maintain a keyword and topical authority roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Manage App Store and Google Play listings – copy, screenshots, videos, and metadata.
• Run continuous A/B testing on store creative and copy, and update listings for seasonal campaigns.
• Stay abreast of store algorithm changes and policy updates.
• Monitor brand presence in AI answer engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini) and develop content/PR strategies to improve citation and accuracy.
• Implement structured data, FAQ schemas, and authority signals to boost AI visibility.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in organic growth, SEO, ASO, or related fields.
• Proven track record of driving measurable organic traffic and conversions.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and run experiments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally with product, engineering, and design teams.
