Senior Marketing Faculty (Executive Education)

About the role

We are seeking experienced senior marketing professionals to join our executive education team as faculty members. You will lead high‑impact, live sessions for senior marketers, business leaders, and aspiring Chief Marketing Officers, helping them translate strategy into measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver instructor‑led, live sessions to cohorts of experienced professionals.
• Teach modules covering strategic marketing, brand management, growth marketing, customer experience, marketing analytics, digital transformation, consumer behavior, and marketing leadership.
• Connect marketing concepts to broader business strategy, revenue growth, and competitive positioning.
• Facilitate case studies, simulations, and applied exercises tailored to senior audiences.
• Adapt delivery in real time based on industry context and participant engagement.
• Collaborate with the academic team on curriculum design, case selection, assessments, and learning outcomes.

Required profile

• 15+ years of industry experience in marketing, brand management, growth, digital marketing, or related fields.
• Proven track record of developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth.
• Experience working with senior leadership, CXOs, founders, or board‑level stakeholders.
• Exposure to sectors such as consumer goods, retail, e‑commerce, technology, BFSI, media, healthcare, or consulting.
• Strong ability to explain complex marketing and business concepts to seasoned professionals.
• Excellent facilitation skills and comfort with case‑based, discussion‑driven pedagogy.
• Prior experience in executive education, management development programs, or leadership training is preferred.
